The colors black, red, yellow and blue are claimed as a feature of the mark. The mark consists of a black background with a wide vertical red shaded band with a yellow band in the center. In the center of the band is a star design with the handle of a sword on the right side and scalloped triangles between each point of the star and a circle in the center with a hammer and sickle symbol in the center of the circle surrounded by another circle and a star in the bottom center, all in the color yellow outlined in black and red with blue shading and the wording RED ARMY ART in black at the top of the circle.
