The mark consists of a rectangular design. At the top of the design is the wording "SINCE 1970" in the color green above the stylized word "TOM'S" in the color dark blue appearing above the wording "OF MAINE" also in dark blue, all set in a white circle with green circular border, except for the stylized word "TOM'S" which appears beyond the circle's borders. The white shading extends just beyond the green circle and fades gradually into the background. The foregoing appears above the stylized words "WICKED" stacked above "COOL!" in the color white with black outlining. The rectangular design has gradient shading from lime green to green to teal with the lime green appearing at the top left corner, the green appearing on a diagonal from bottom left to top right corners, and the teal appearing to the right of the green. Dispersed throughout the shaded background are white pictorial images of the following: a smiling sun, fish, planets with orbits, the Earth, trees, arrows, a dripping faucet, stars, a thumb pointing up, a light bulb, a gas pump, a bicycle, a potted plant, leaves, a socket, an electric cord with plug, a footprint, a lightning bolt, a yin-yang symbol, an apple and a heart.
