The mark consists of cursive writing of the word "CLANCY'S" in turquoise blue with the letters outlined in dark brown, superimposed over, and extending past on both sides, a circle in which there is a representation of a brown pier with posts on each side of the pier and two palm trees to the left of the pier and two palm trees to the right of the pier, with a large orange-yellow sun behind the pier and a darker orange sky behind and around the pier and sun, with what resembles the planks of a pier in yellow in the bottom portion of the circle, beneath the word "CLANCY'S". Above the word "CLANCY'S" and below the pier, and extending horizontally across the circle is a turquoise color representing ocean. Above the circle and following the upper arc of the circle are the words "WASHED ASHORE IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA" in brown. Those words have a star before the word "WASHED" and after the word "CALIFORNIA". Under the circle and following the path of the bottom arc are the words "ESTABLISHED 2013" in brown, with a brown star just before the word "ESTABLISHED" and a brown star following "2013". Behind all of this is a background of various muted tones of various-toned blocks in several rows with larger beige blocks around each various-toned block and with a beige or muted toned bar connecting each block width-wise.
