The mark consists of In the center there is a tamal in the color ombre yellow to orange with boots in red with a green stripe in each boot. The tamal also has two hands, black eyebrows, black eyes, nose outline in black, black mustache and small outline lips in red. It also has a zombrero on his head. The zombrero is ombre yelllow and orange with decoration on the edges in black outlining and orange. On top of the zombrero there is lettering TAMALES in red. Behind the tamal there is a sun light in orange and yellow followed by black thick outline which is to resemeble the tamal's home with outlines outside of that in red, yellow and light green all around. it also has two red peppers with green stem on the side of the tamal. In between the peppers there is a banner in yellow with black outlining and red lettering TAPATIOS.
