The mark consists of two concentric squares, a grey one on the outside which is just an outline and a green shaded one inside. The two squares are separated by a thin white space. The green square is intersected by a curved line around two-thirds down from the top edge. The section under the line is dark green the section below goes from light green at the curve to dark green on the top. Inside the square are the letters O, P and L, P is inverted so that it lines up with the L back to back, and they are white. The O is positioned directly on top of the L and P and is black. To the right of the image is a black vertical line, thinner at the ends, thicker towards the center. Further right from the line are the the letters O, P and L, each followed by a period, bottom half of the letters and periods are green whereas the top half of the letters goes from light green in the center to dark green on top. Underneath the letters is the phrase "OTHER PARTY LIABILITY INC." in black font. The white background is not claimed as a feature of the mark.
