The mark consists of of the word ELIZABETH written in capitalized bold letters. Each letter is a different color, E is blue, L is yellow, I is green, Z is red, A is purple, B i blue, E is yellow, T is green and H is red. On the bottom of the first E, in white are the letters NJ with the bottom of the J extended to that it creates a line going to the edge of the E going right. Underneath ELIZABETH is a dark grey, rectangular border, with the phrase IT ALL STARTS HERE in white capitalized letters. The white color of the background is not a feature of the mark.
