The mark consists of a black square background with an additional rectangle segment extending out of the bottom center portion, with stylized non-Latin characters appearing in color gray in smaller font and placed within the top right portion of the square background, with stylized non-Latin characters appearing in the color pink in larger font and placed within the top center portion, middle right portion and the lower center portion of the black background, with stylized non-Latin characters appearing in the color black and within a flower-like design in the color red consisting of five rounded sides and placed in the bottom left portion of the square background design. The color black as a background is claimed as a feature of the mark but the square or rectangular shape of the black background is not.
