The mark consists of an outer solid circle with a background that is a darker blue along the outer edge of the circle that gradates to a lighter blue at the center of the circle. A smaller inner solid circle, contained within the larger outer solid circle, having a background that is a darker gold along the outer edge of the circle that gradates to a lighter gold at the center of the circle. Both inner and outer solid circles center on the same point. Contained within the larger outer and smaller inner circles are four larger overlapping circle outlines and four smaller overlapping circle outlines, all of which meet at the center point of the larger outer solid circle. The lines defining the eight overlapping circle outlines are gradated gold when passing through the gradated blue background of the outer circle, and gradated blue when passing through the gradated gold background of the inner circle. Within the smaller inner solid circle, are four perpendicular solid blue ovals that center on the center point of the inner solid circle. At the intersection of these four perpendicular solid blue ovals is a gold circle. Beneath the outer circle are the words "HARMONIQ CDW" wherein the letters are blue with a gold shadow.
