The mark consists of the word "KANEX" with a small logo on the right of the "X"; the logo consisting of four trapezoidal shapes, each having a curved side that is opposite to the angled formed between the longest and shortest sides of each trapezoidal shape; the four trapezoidal shapes meet at the center of a borderless circle, wherein each of the curved sides of the trapezoidal shapes also form segments of the circumference of the borderless circle. Four smaller, similar trapezoidal shapes are arranged so that each smaller trapezoidal shape touches one of the larger trapezoidal shapes, each smaller trapezoidal shape touching a single larger trapezoidal shape, wherein the longest side of each smaller trapezoidal shape is perpendicular to the longest side of the larger trapezoidal shape, and wherein each of the curved sides of the smaller trapezoidal shapes also form segments of the circumference of the borderless circle; the eight trapezoidal shapes generally forming a pinwheel.
