The mark consists of the stylized wording "PEARLS OF WISDOM" at the bottom of the mark with the upper half of the word "PEARLS" in white, and the lower half in turquoise; the word "OF" in white; and, the upper half of the word "WISDOM" in white and the bottom half in purple. Above the wording is a black silhouette of woman with upraised arms with yellow and white lights directly above each hand. The silhouette is housed in the design of two profiles of women. The profile facing left is in purple. The profile facing right is in turquoise. At the top of the mark is a stylized crown comprised of a white, yellow and purple flower that is surrounded by the yellow harp design that contains two white pearls and a string of five white pearls at the top of the harp design. Extending from either side of the harp design are four net designs, two on each side, with the two nets closest to the harp in yellow outline with multiple white pearls within the outline, and the two nets furthest from the harp in a purple outline with multiple white pearls within the net. Each net features a white pearl at the top of the net. Each net is also attached to three other pearls in the colors white, purple and yellow. The bottom of the harp extends downward into two purple arms which creates a purple star effect, with a white pearl in the middle of the star. Extending from the left and right of the star is a white banner featuring 14 yellow stars. The entire mark is on a black background.
