The design/logo specifically consists of two capital letters, "F" and "L", and, as described below, a "hyphen-minus". The capital letters, "F" and "L", are intended to represent the initials for the word mark "FOREVERLUX". The letters are aligned, combined, and/or juxtaposed in such a way that they create the silhouette of a cologne/perfume bottle. This effect is in part accomplished by flipping/reversing the letter "L" to the mirror image of the letter "L" (i.e., the beak of the letter "L" extends to the left (not to the right) of the bottom base). The silhouette's intended image (of a cologne/perfume bottle) is further emphasized by a line, which is otherwise defined as a "hyphen-minus" (i.e., " - "), that floats (like a halo) just above the aforementioned juxtaposition. In the attached image file, the "F", "L", and hyphen-minus (" - ") are depicted in white coloring; and they are surrounded by a black border. The black border surrounds the white coloring, and it forms an equally framed square shape in predominantly black coloring. The white coloring is within the four corners of the black coloring. The white coloring is approximately centered within the black square. Color is not being claimed as a feature of the subject mark.
