The rectangle has two blue stripes in the background, one of which runs along the entire bottom border of the rectangle, and the other starts approximately in the middle of the left border and slants up and towards the right to connect with the top border of the rectangle. The mark contains four red six-pointed stars outlined in white. The words "WINDY CITY" are depicted in white and outlined in black slanting upwards against the diagonal blue stripe, with two stars surrounding each word, and "DUB FEST" is white and outlined in black and shown in the bottom right corner against the bottom blue rectangle. The black rectangular border around the entire mark is not part of the mark.
