The mark consists of the grey stylized wording "IDEAL TEMP" followed by a semicircular design of quadrilateral shapes following the curve of the outside of the letter "P" of the word "TEMP". The quadrilateral shapes are each a different color, starting with dark blue on the topmost quadrilateral, then progressing to lighter shades of blue for each successive quadrilateral in a clockwise direction until the mid-point, where the quadrilateral appears to be white, and after which each quadrilateral becomes a darker shade of yellow and then orange, with the bottom-most quadrilateral a dark orange shade. The off-white color and rectangular shape of the background in the mark are not a feature of the mark and are intended only to represent background and/or transparency.
