The mark consists of a circle with the stylized text "NYAGear" going around the top on the outside of the circle. A 3-9 inch horizontal line is drawn directly in the middle of the circle from right to left, extending through the circle on the left side about a (1 1/2- 2) inches. There are 3 vertical lines and 1 horizontal line underneath the long horizontal line. The 1st vertical line is completely vertical, the 2nd vertical line is slanted to the left about 30% and the 3rd vertical line is slanted right about 30%. The 4th line is horizontal. These 4 lines are about an inch each, the stylized text ""find balance"" is placed right on top of the smaller horizontal line. Centered underneath the bottom of the circle about an inch down are the is the stylized text "Yee Yee!". Over to the left about 2 inches away from the logo is the stylized text "EST. 1996".
