The mark consists of a three dimensional diaper designed in an approximately rectangular shape. The diaper has a folded arrangement (not shown), an expanded arrangement (shown), and a applied arrangement (not shown), and is comprised of: 1) a first material having the visual characteristics of an absorbent pad positioned within an internal surface of the diaper, wherein the diaper is foldable such that the internal surface is not visible in the folded arrangement; 2) a second material embedded within the longer edges of the rectangular pad, wherein the second material creates: a scrunched appearance along the longer edges when the diaper is viewed in the folded and expanded arrangement, an arch along the rectangular form of the diaper as a whole when the diaper is viewed in the expanded arrangement, and a tense appearance along the longer edges when the diaper is viewed in the applied arrangement; and 3) two protrusions positioned at approximately a first shorter edge of the rectangular diaper, wherein the two protrusions have the visual characteristics of adhesive tabs, wherein the application of the adhesive tabs to approximately the second shorter edge of the rectangular diaper creates an appearance of loop when viewed in the applied arrangement.
