The mark consists of the claimed trade dress shown on the front panel of the product packaging, namely, (1) a background with a contrasting color wave pattern encompassing the upper third of the front panel; (2) a prominently shown and zoomed-in serving dish in a contrasting color encompassing the bottom two-thirds of the front panel; (3) a contrasting color rectangular band bisecting the upper portion of the serving dish with a gradient shading on the leftmost and rightmost edges toward the center of the contrasting color rectangular band; (4) directly above the contrasting color rectangular band appears the upper edge of the serving dish forming an arc; (5) the position and placement of a seafood entrée and garnish on the portion of the dish below the contrasting color rectangular band, the relative position and placement of which is claimed as a feature of the mark but the actual depiction of the entrée and garnish, shown in dotted lines, is not claimed as part of the mark; and (6) a halo spotlight encircling the seafood entrée and garnish. No particular color is claimed as part of the mark. The dotted lines surrounding the mark do not form part of the mark and represent the position and placement of the mark on the product packaging; no claim is made as to the size and the shape of the packaging as a feature of the mark.
