The mark consists of the black stylized letters "Tri Element Health Systems" in an arched/circular pattern above a design consisting of stylized caduceus, consisting of small blue circle with gray shadow effect positioned in upper left of circle, a long triangular blue colored staff pointing downward with gray shadow effect positioned in upper left, directly underneath the small blue circle, with two partially superimposed triangles, with the right triangle, partially transparent, and placed in front of the left triangle, positioned behind and centered on both sides of the long triangular staff, with gray shadow effect, representing wings of the caduceus and three blue semicircles of decreasing radius positioned below the triangles on each side of the staff with gray shadow effect in upper left of each semicircle, with the semicircles positioned in a manner as to portray the two intertwined serpents of the caduceus, and, at the bottom of the pointed triangular staff, a downward-facing blue semicircle with gray shadow effect positioned in the upper left and a blue circle consisting of gray shadow positioned to the upper left of circle, and partially encircled by a black line, with three thick black lines underlining the bottom two circles.
