The mark consists of next to the L at the beginning of LIBAR are three teardrop or feather like shapes extending away from the L, one on top of the other, starting with the small pointy end closest to the L and ending in a rounder, balloon shaped form farthest from the L. The 3 shapes are a darker shade of red, approaching black where the point is smallest and closest to the L and gradually changes to a lighter shade of red as it gets farther from the L. There is a squigly line that starts just after the L in LIBAR and crosses the IBAR and ends forming the extended leg of the R in LIBAR.
