The mark consists of a circular shaped logo with an outer circular ring shaped section and contained therein an inner pictorial section, the inner pictorial section containing two explosive shells crossed perpendicularly to one another in an approximate criss cross shape, centered within the outer circular ring shaped section, the first explosive shell is emblazoned with the Texas State flag and is pointed with tail section from the upper left to the nose end at the lower right situated over and perpendicular to a equally sized second explosive shell pointed with the tail section at the upper right and the nose end pointed to the lower left, the two explosive shells together are entirely surrounded by an outer circular ring shaped section that contains the word "TEXPLO" in capital letters on the approximate upper third of the outer circular ring shaped section and the word "EXPLOSIVES" in capital letters on the approximate lower two thirds of outer circular ring shaped section, the words "TEXPLO" and "EXPLOSIVES" are separated at their beginning and ends each by a jointly shared small exploding star shape and the letters and star shapes are equally spaced apart relatively one to the other as they form the outer circular ring shaped section around the two explosive shells.
