The mark consists of the word "NetworkIP" in all capital letters in a font named Gotham Bold. The "I" and the "P" in "NetworkIP" are both written in red, and are underneath the "K" in the word "Network", which is all in the color black. The "O" in "NetworkIP" is a two dimensional representation of a globe showing the continents of North America on the left; South America at the middle bottom; Africa, Europe, and parts of Asia on the right; and Iceland and Greenland in the middle top. From the center bottom of the "O", a yellow line goes straight down then turns right at a ninety degree angle toward the red "IP". The yellow line does not touch the "O" or the "IP" but it is intended to join the "Network" and the "IP" together, signifying that it is one word.
