The mark consists of the literal element "ESEIN" in red color followed by a pictorial representation of two human bodies united in the center by an oval figure in orange color. Following said figure is the word "Health" in green at the upper part of the letters and orange at the bottom part of the letters. Underneath said literal elements are the words "Center for Medical Testing and Treatment" in black color and below said words are the words "a dba of CMT Group Corp." also in black color. The entire design is enclosed in a blue rectangle where the upper left corner features a brown triangle that curves along one side and a dark blue triangle in the lower right corner that curves along one side. Along the right side of the rectangle design is a green DNA helix design displayed vertically.
