The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of a bottle for the goods, with a round body that stops sharply at the neck; there is a 90 degree angle where the bottle meets its neck. The bottle's neck has a screw top, and a covering at the top extending halfway down the neck. On the neck covering is depicted a beach scene, consisting of a straw covered hut-like structure with a bar underneath, with three drinks and a bottle on the bar and two bar stools in front of the bar; on the right hand side of the hut is a large palm tree, and water is depicted in the background by a swiggly line. One side of the body of the bottle is imprinted with a large open coconut half, splashed with water, with palm fronds underneath the coconut. There is rectangular box imposed in the center of the bottle containing the stylized word "RUM HAVEN" in capital letters at the top of the box, with "RUM" on top of "HAVEN", and two (2) open coconut halves at the bottom, sitting on top of leaves. The rectangular box contains a thin line at its border. Underneath the rectangular box are a splash and multiple drops of water. The broken lines around the bottle and the bottle cap indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
