Youth clinics, namely, providing life skills and basketball instruction, providing at risk youth with a day-long learning seminar in the field of basketball and life skills and regular follow-up tutorial sessions to encourage lifelong habits that lead to good physical and mental health, education services in the nature of providing life skills tutorial sessions in the fields of cyber safety, anti-bullying, financial literacy, health and wellness, and basketball and basketball related events, providing youth basketball clinics and life skills workshops in the field of wellness strategies, anti-bullying and anti-violence, crime prevention, anti-inactivity activities, education services in the nature of conducting educational programs designed to enhance a student's critical decision making skills and place in front of all attendees positive role models, positive thoughts, strategies and approaches to combat negative behaviors and poor decision making, thus fortifying each attendee with a new set of positive skills, and which provide the participants with an opportunity to socialize with one another during a lunch hour where healthy foods are served and encouraged
