The mark consists of the three-dimensional shape and configuration of a screwdriver handle consisting of a fluted generally circular disc-like element axially aligned on the longitudinal axis of the handle adjacent the bit-receiving chuck and a fluted generally barrel-shaped element axially aligned on the longitudinal axis of the handle on the end of the handle opposite the bit-receiving chuck, the disc-like element and the barrel-shaped element being separated by a circumferential cut-out formed along one edge thereof by the deeply scalloped edge of the barrel-shaped element and along the opposite edge thereof by the more gently scalloped edge of the disc-like element, the disc-like element and the barrel-shaped element each having a symmetrical array of six longitudinally extending cylindrical passages arranged at 60-degree intervals spaced circumferentially about and radially spaced from the longitudinal axis of the handle. The outer cylindrical surface of the barrel-shaped element is provided with deep furrows having smoothly curved surfaces. The outer cylindrical surface of the disc-like element has shallower broad depressions. The bit-receiving chuck extending from the central longitudinal axis of the handle is not a feature of the mark and is depicted in broken lines.
