The mark consists of three buildings on top of the bottom half of a speech bubble followed by the words Local Scene. On the image portion of the mark, the left most building has a doorway and large bay window and a roof with a serrated bottom edge. The middle building is a building with three rows of windows, the bottom most having two rounded windows with a door in between, the middle row consists of four square windows and the upper row consists of three rounded windows. The right hand building has two small, square windows and a door with a slanted roof. The speech bubble and left and right buildings are a darker shade of aqua and the middle building is a lighter shade of aqua, the doors and windows are implied through negative space and therefore are not colored. The image is followed by the words Local Scene in the Cambria type set, the letters of which are about 1/3 the height of the preceding image.
