The mark consists of a blue background with a darker blue circle which looks like a stary night sky, the dark blue circle is outlined in white, within the top half of the dark blue circle are four white stars, entering the dark blue circle from the blue background is a thin white line getting larger ending in a white star burst inside the dark blue circle which looks like a meteor or comet, the star burst has 6 white lines extending outwards, four of which go outside the dark blue circle into the blue background, one into the letter U , one staying inside the dark blue circle, inside the white star burst is a red object with a yellow center which looks like a an exploding meteor or comet, the letters in the word "Light up" are colored red with a yellow outline, the word "Light up" is situated on top of and is part of the blue back ground and dark blue circle.
