The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of packaging for two dessert cups where the primary shape of the packaging is rectangular featuring cutout portions matching the contouring of the cups on the inside portion of the rectangle thereby displaying the cups and matching this contouring on the outside of the box; two identical oval-shaped labels within which is a design of buildings and a square and on top of which is the wording "LA GELATERIA DI" and on the bottom of which is the wording "PIAZZA NAVONA", one oval-shaped label being on the top center of the top of the packaging and the other being on the bottom center of the front of the packaging; the wording "PANNA & CAFFEE" running alongside the left contoured side of the packaging; the wording "MADE IN ITALY" within a circle design on the bottom right front of the packaging and also on the bottom right of the top portion of the packaging; photographs of statuary in the middle of the top portion of the packaging, at the bottom right of the top portion of the packaging, on the center front of the packaging and on the bottom right front of the packaging; photographs of multiple coffee beans on the bottom left front of the packaging, the bottom center front of the packaging, and the top right of the top of the packaging. The dotted out portions of the mark consisting of the cups within the packaging and the blacked out desserts therein are not meant to be a black object, but merely blacked out contents of the cup shape and are not part of the mark.
