The mark consists of a large rectangle, the height of which is longer than the width. In the center of the large rectangle is a smaller rectangle, also with its height being longer than its width. Placed at the top and bottom edge of the large rectangle is one smaller rectangle box, each of equal size to the one on the other side, each running the full width of the large rectangle but of shorter height than the large rectangle. The leftmost side of the large rectangle has three equally spaced perpendicular lines directed inward toward the other side of the rectangle but not so far as to touch the smaller rectangle that is in the center. On the same side of the large rectangle, but placed on the outside edge, starting from the bottom edge of the rectangle are three blackened semicircles, followed by three blackened triangles ,followed by a large blackened elongated semicircle, which ends at the beginning of the upper most line of the three lines that extend inward toward the other side of the large rectangle. Two lines extend outward perpendicular from the center of the rightmost side of the large rectangle, the uppermost line having perpendicular dashes at the far end. Also attaching to the large rectangle is a sideways S shaped design that starts near the center of the rightmost side of the large rectangle, crosses the two lines that extend perpendicularly from the rightmost side of the large rectangle and has at it its foremost tip the beginnings of the capital letter "H" turned on its side and attached to the capital letter "K", also turned on its side and sharing a its leftmost side with the rightmost side of the capital letter "H".
