The mark consists of the three-dimensional configuration of the stopper seal for a clear glass cigar tube and a label placed on the upper part of the tube beneath the seal. The stopper seal consists of burgundy colored wax and has an angled dip look that curves around the label. The label placed on the upper part of the tube is made from metallic stock and oblong in shape with rounded tabs from the sides of the oval. The background of the label is black and the label is decorated with silver lines throughout. There are single-line triangles in silver pointing in on each side of the label and a single-lined arched shape in silver in each of the tabs on the sides of the label. The broken lines depicting the glass cigar tube and the cigar within the tube indicate the placement of the mark on the packaging, and are not parts of the mark.
