The mark consists of a two-piece bottle label, including 1) the larger of the two pieces in white background, surrounded by an irregular double line border in black, gray and white, with following elements as described from top to bottom within the label - a steel button in black and white, the word "PROHIBITION" in black curved downward, "Ole' Whiskey" in black and white in a cursive typeface, the phrase "HIDDEN STOCK" in a small black typeface inside a gray rectangular background, the number "1920" in bold black, the phrase "NORTH TEXAS DISTILLERS" in white within a black rectangular, and the number "1920" in small black type, and a grey leaf- and vine-like flourish throughout the label in and around the afore-mentioned elements, and 2) the smaller part located directly below the larger, comprising an irregular rectangular label with a single black, white and gray border and gray and white leaf- and vine-like flourishes attached on the outside right and left edges, with the phrase "NORTH TEXAS DISTILLERS" in black just within the top part of the border, the phrase "80 (PROOF)" on the left side of the label in black and "40% Alc. Vol." on the right side opposite in black, and "FORT WORTH, TEXAS" just inside the bottom edge of the border in black and a design of a faded tool in gray in the center.
