The mark consists of the literal element "PLANET HOLLYWOOD" in stylized upper case letters, which are outlined in black with white outlining to the outside of the black to the left and upper edges of the letters to give dimension to the letters with the inner body of the letters being various shades of dark red, red, and reddish-gold. The word "PLANET" is above "HOLLYWOOD" and both are superimposed on a stylized light blue globe design with a white spot in the middle that is closer to the left edge than the right, to give dimension to the globe. To the top and outer right side of the globe are incomplete depictions of continents in dark blue. Toward the bottom right inside of the globe is an oval spot of dark blue which gives further depth to the globe.
