The mark consists of a three-dimensional configuration of the following portions of the upper parts of a shoe: 1) the strip around the holes of the laces and forming an angle ending at the top of the triangular strip that wraps around the heel of the shoe and ends at the upper sole of the shoe in the center; 2) a quadruple set of curved strap design beginning on the outside and the inside of the shoe at the lace box; all eight straps extending downward toward the sole of the shoe; 3) a strip appearing at the toe box of the shoe and following the contour of the toe box on both sides and ending on either side of the lace box; 4) a layer of mesh material beginning at the back of the strip around the holes of the lace box that is under the quadruple set of straps and covers the toe box; 5) a quintuple set of curved strap design beneath the layer of mesh beginning at the toe box, continuing on the outside and the inside of the shoe, continuing around the lace box and ending near the heel of the shoe; all ten straps extending downward toward the sole of the shoe; 6) a layer of material with oval punched-out designs beneath the quintuple set of curved strap design beginning at the toe box, continuing on the outside and the inside of the shoe, ending near the heel of the shoe and covering the shoe down to the sole of the shoe; 7) a triangular strip near the heel of the shoe, containing squares and an elongated triangle shape, that wraps around the heel of the shoe and ends at the top of the sole of the shoe in the center of the shoe on the outside and the inside of the shoe; 8) an elongated curved line containing circles appearing at the toe box of the shoe on the contour of the toe box on both sides. The outsole, tongue, ankle collar, the lace box, and the shoe laces, all shown in broken lines, are not claimed as features of the mark but serve only to show placement of the mark.
