Platform as a service (PAAS) featuring computer software platforms for creating customizable webpages used to solicit monetary donations for charitable fundraising purposes, excluding charitable fundraising for providing disaster relief services outside the United States or for providing food, medical care, sponsorship, education, advocacy, or counseling for children in need or pregnant mothers in need residing outside the United States or relating to the development of housing, building, or construction projects, including but not limited to community-based house building projects or the development of housing for lower income families; computer services, namely, providing a website featuring technology that enables users to create and share individual webpages for use in charitable fundraising, excluding charitable fundraising for providing disaster relief services outside the United States or for providing food, medical care, sponsorship, education, advocacy, or counseling for children in need or pregnant mothers in need residing outside the United States or relating to the development of housing, building, or construction projects, including but not limited to community-based house building projects or the development of housing for lower income families; computer services, namely, hosting an interactive website that enables users to create and share webpages concerning their fundraising campaigns, excluding fundraising campaigns for providing disaster relief services outside the United States or for providing food, medical care, sponsorship, education, advocacy, or counseling for children in need or pregnant mothers in need residing outside the United States or relating to the development of housing, building, or construction projects, including but not limited to community-based house building projects or the development of housing for lower income families
