The mark consists of the word "HERSHEY'S" and "SINCE 1894" vertically to the left of the initial letter "H" in "HERSHEY'S" all appearing in silver letters on a slanted dark brown rectangle with the ends containing vertical silver strips and appearing below is the word "miniatures" in stylized lower-case letters with the "m" and 'r" in yellow-gold, the first letter "I," "a" and "e" in white, the letters "n" and "u" in red and the second letter "I," "t" and "s" in silver, with the words 'a little something for everyone!" appearing below in lower-case white letters. In the upper left corner appears "Classic Bag" in white letters on an arched dark brown section of the corner trimmed in white. On the right and left ends are vertical bands of a thin dark brown line and thicker yellow-gold. The very light gray in the center of the mark indicates clear, see-through packaging. The dotted lines shown are not a feature of the mark but rather used to indicate position of the mark on the package.
