The mark consists of label which includes the wording "TEXAS BRANDY SINCE 2013". "TEXAS" in white appears between two white stars, all within a black rectangle frame with thin white border that is arced downward. Below is an oval with a stylized depiction of a Texas flag where the left side of the oval is blue with a white star in it, and to the right is a white section appearing above a red section, the whole oval being set on a black background. "BRANDY" in white appears below the oval in a black rectangle frame with thin white border that is arced upward. "SINCE 2013" in white appears at the bottom; all elements are set on an odd shaped black border with thin white line appearing on the edge of the border, and situated in the center of a bottle. The bottle is transparent, and the broken lines depicting the shape of the bottle indicate placement of the mark on the goods and are not part of the mark.
