The mark consists of a triangular slice of red pepperoni, green pepper, yellow and brown mushrooms and black olives, pizza located in the center of a hollowed out clear circle, with the yellow, brown and black crust of the pizza appearing as the top of the orange and yellow pizza slice. A thin red circular band appears around the slice of pizza. surrounding the thin red circular band is a thick band of red and yellow. The top half of the thick circular band is red and contains the words "SPICY PIE" in all capital black letters. The bottom portion of the thick circular band is yellow and contains the words "Pizza", "Grinders", and "Beer" in black letters, with the three words separated by a red bullet in between each of the words. Where the red and yellow thick band meet at a semi-circular point, the colors are separated in a slightly concave fashion. Surrounding the entire thick red and yellow thick circular band is another thin red circular band. The color white represents background and/or transparent areas and is not part of the mark.
