The second part of the mark, the blue oval behind the text, consists of two ovals, in which one is inscribed within the larger one. The first oval is a dark blue outline with white highlights, angled such that the left side is slightly higher than the right. This outline is inscribed within a larger, encompassing oval. This larger oval is completely straight. The way it is colored is detailed, such that the inner area is colored in dark blue at the left side but becomes a lighter blue as the mark goes to the right. Meanwhile, the outer area that borders this coloring is the opposite, with the left side being light blue and turning darker as the mark goes to the right.
