The mark consists of a black inner circle; the black inner circle containing an image of a white and black camera and white and black paper currency. The outside of the black inner circle is bordered by a thin white circular band. Located between the thin white circular band and the wider white outer circular band, is a black area which contains the phrase YOU SELL IT! located in the upper top center. The phrase "YOU SELL IT!" is displayed in red. The lower bottom center of the black area contains the word "MARKETPLACE" displayed in red. The outside area of the white outer circular band is surrounded by a black geometric pattern which is etched in red. The square shaped background located behind the geometric pattern is displayed in yellow. The white areas located behind the yellow square shaped background represent transparent areas and are not part of the mark.
