Description of Mark
The mark consists of A coat-of-arms containing a shield with a party per pall partition bearing a representation of the earth in the top division, a key tied with a bow in the left division, and a scale of justice in the right division. The shield is encircled by a representation of a belt with the portion of the belt circling above the shield also bearing clasped hands. Above the shield and the belt encircling it is a crest consisting of a representation of a jeweled crown headdress sitting atop ribbons with the ends of the ribbons flowing to the sides of the crown. Of the ribbons flowing to each side of the crown, a tip of one ribbon flowing to each side bears a tassel. Positioned above the crown are the Greek alphabet letters "Sigma Iota Alpha". The shield and the belt encircling it are supported to the left by a representation of unicorn, and to the right by a Pegasus representation. The tongue of the belt encircling the shield hangs below the shield connecting with a scroll bearing the motto "Semper Unum Et Inseparabilis" and the date, "1990". Above the scroll are roses, thorns and a smaller crown headdress.
