The mark consists of The background of the mark is solid black, with the word ELITE written in all capital letters within the black background. The first capital E is a stylized E with three horizontal lines. There is no vertical line forming the back of the E or connecting the horizontal lines. The top line of the first capital E is the color red. The two lines below the red line are silver. The next letter is a stylized silver capital L. The vertical line forming the back of the L has a space in the middle which coincides with the second horizontal line of the capital E preceding the L. The third letter is a stylized I which is silver and is a straight vertical line. The I also has a space in the middle coinciding with the space in the stylized L preceding it. The next letter is a stylized T which is silver. The top of the T is a straight silver line which attaches to a straight vertical silver line. The silver vertical line of the T has a space which coincides with the I which precedes it. The last letter is a stylized E which is silver. The E consists of three horizontal lines and has no vertical line forming the back of the E or connecting the horizontal lines, exactly the same as the first stylized E at the beginning of ELITE. Each of the three horizontal lines of the final E are silver in color and the second horizontal line in the final E coincides with the space in the T, the I, the L and the second line in the first E which precedes it.
