The mark consists of a matte black oval with the following design and literal elements: a matte gold oval outline is inset approximately one quarter inch from the outer black oval, across the top of the mark and following the curvature of the oval, is the phrase "what makes you happy makes you rich" in matte gold, lowercase lettering with quotation marks included; across the middle of the oval are the letters TOFFEE QUEEN in uppercase, matte gold lettering; in between the words TOFFEE and QUEEN is a hand drawn picture of a woman's head wearing a crown in matte gold coloring; the woman's head contains two eyes with long eyelashes, two arched eyebrows, one nose and a smiling mouth; a four-pointed crown is drawn on top of the woman's head; the crown has four diamonds and four small circles associated with each point; centered below the word TOFFEE are the words GLUTEN FREE in matte black lettering set inside a matte gold rectangular text box; across the bottom of the mark and following the curvature of the oval, are the words www.texasttoffeequeen.com and Texas Toffee Queen, LLC in matte gold color.
