The mark consists of a three dimensional trade dress depicting the appearance and design of the interior of a restaurant evoking a Mexican wrestling theme. The restaurant design features the back and left side walls in hot pink with a light blue panel in the middle of the side wall and a series of frames in gold, in the left back corner is a doorway with a gold half-door with a blue wrestling mask face painted on it, the back wall features three clocks on the right side beneath the menus, the right side wall is in light blue, toward the right end of that wall is a painting of a wrestler with his hands on his hips wearing a pink mask, black cape and collar, a black waist belt with gold letters and silver studs, blue underwear, pink tights with white and black zebra print patches on the legs and pink boots, in the middle of the wall to the left of the painting is a wrestling mask in white and blue with orange flames coming out on either side, the lower third of the wall of the dining area, as well as the outer side of the ordering counter, and the interior and exterior of the seating banquette are in black tufted upholstery with gold studs, the top of the ordering counter is in black, against the left wall is a gold seating booth with a round gold table above which hangs a gold chandelier, there is a silver disco ball hanging toward the front center of the room, near the front entrance is an old-fashioned television in gold and brown, the dining room tables are in black, and the chairs are black, with white and black zebra striped seats with wrestling masks in purple, red, blue, silver, black, and yellow as ornamentation. The walls, doorways, clocks, menu signs, picture frames, wall decor, floor, and tables and chairs are all in dotted lines and not claimed as individual features of the mark; however, the colors, patterns and placement of the various items are considered to be part of the overall mark.
