The mark consists of a triangular slice of pepperoni, green pepper, mushroom and black olive pizza located in the center of a hollowed out clear circle, with the crust of the pizza appearing as the top of the pizza slice. A thin red circular band appears around the slice of pizza. Surrounding the thin red circular band is a thick band of red and gold. The top half of the thick circular band is red and contains the words "SPICY PIE" typed in Jersey M54 font in all capital black letters. The bottom portion of the thick circular band is yellow-gold and contains the words "Pizza," "Grinders," and "Beer" typed in Times New Roman font in black letters, with the three words separated by a red bullet in between each of the words. Where the red and yellow-gold portion of the thick band meet at a semi-circular point, the colors are separated in a slight concave fashion. Surrounding the entire thick red and yellow-gold thick circular band is another thin red circular band. The Spicy Pie logo sometimes appears monochromatic.
