The mark consists of a crest with a checkered board outline in black and white and a blue background. Within the crest is the wording "L.A.T.E. RIDERZ" in white and outlined in blue across the top of the crest. A gray sprocket with the numbers "12", "3", "6", "9" in white and outlined in blue appearing in clockwise fashion around the sprocket. Flames in the colors of red, orange, and yellow are coming off the top of the sprocket. The letters "M" and "C" in yellow and outlined in red are on the outside of the "9" and the "3". Three bikes in black with gray riders and brown details in the wheels appear to the right and left of the sprocket design and are on a gray road outlined in white that extends from the right side of the crest down to the bottom left. Two bikes appear to the right of the sprocket and one, with the front wheel up, appears to the left of the sprocket. Toward the bottom of the crest is another bike in blue, gray, and black with a rider in blue pants, black and gray jacket and helmet, and brown skin tone. Below the rider is a stylized banner in black and outlined in blue containing the wording "WASHINGTON, D.C." in white.
