The mark consists of horizontal oval shaped logo with dark burgundy background and several light transparent circles colored light green, light blue, white, and light burgundy placed around the middle of the oval. There's light orange oval placed inside the shape, just about half an inch from left and right of the main oval and quarter of an inch from top and bottom of the main oval. On both left and right side of the oval, there are three quarter inch thick oval shaped spheres about 1 3/4 inch thick each. Each oval shaped sphere has shadow on the bottom of it, lays over the main oval shaped logo and sticks out about half an inch from the main figure. All three oval shaped spheres spread out from each other about 3/4 inch, all of them are horizontally aligned and the middle ones are centered with the main oval shape. The main oval shape also contains words SOHO Steaks Seafood Sushi, the words are orange. SOHO is in the center top part followed by Steaks Seafood and Sushi as the last line.
