The mark consists of two parts: the top two-thirds is a silhouette of the head of a woman with shoulder length hair facing the left of the mark, and at the bottom third are the words "XQW" in a rectangular background. The silhouette of a woman is against the background; the woman's hair curves inwards at her neck, and then curves outwards where it makes contact with the "XQW" text to end in a point that points to the upper right of the mark. The three capital letters at the bottom third of the mark fits to a rectangular background such that parts of the letters are not delineated by the rectangular background; rather, portion of the text blends into the surrounding background of the silhouette. The tops and bottoms of the "X" touch the background, the bottom of the "Q" touch the background, and the bottoms and rightmost borders of the "W" touch the background such that the rightmost stroke of the "W" is not delineated.
