The mark consists of the word "PILIALOHA" in red upper case lettering, immediately followed by the word "keiki" in red lower case lettering, below which appears the wording "tiny treasure, huge heart" in red, above all of which appears a red stylized i'iwi bird, facing to the left, with a long, downward curved beak extending from the left of the bird's head and ending above the first letter "A" in the word "PILIALOHA", with a small line on the bird's face that curves downward to the right to form the bird's closed eye, and on the lower right side of the bird's oval shaped body a slanted v-shaped wing, and an upward curved tail that thickens from beginning to end and angled slightly to the right above where the letter "e" in the word "keiki" begins.
