The mark consists of a circular seal design where above is the modified Old English Letters "FTW" and below are stylized Old English letters "AFFA"; the seal is formed by two curved sided rectangular bars containing the word "AVENGERS" in stylized lettering in the top rectangle and a blank black bottom rectangle; (this space is reserved for individual geographical designations, such as National, Michigan, Tennessee, etc. that are not part of the mark); in the center of the circle containing a Greek Cross where the horizontal arms of the Greek Cross have the Initial "M C" in stylized letters, with "M" on the left side and "C" on the right side; the ends of the Greek Cross are stylized opened crowns, and the Greek Cross is intersected at its inner corners by four tridents joined at the center of the Greek Cross. The wording and all designs in the mark are in the color gold on a square shaped black background.
