The mark consists of a circle, the outer border of which is comprised of four intertwining colored portions, each color taking up one quarter of the outer border of the circle, with the blue colored portion in the upper left quadrant of the outer border of circle, the green colored portion in the upper right quadrant of the outer border of the circle, the orange colored portion in the lower right quadrant of the outer border of the circle and the fuchsia colored portion in the lower left quadrant of the outer border of the circle. The colored portions of the circle's border each change in tint from lighter to darker going clockwise around their specific quadrant. The interior of the circle, within the border, has no color, literal elements or design. To the immediate right of the circle in large lowercase gray letters is the literal element "wellness." Directly below the word "wellness," in all capital letters in a smaller font are the literal elements "INTERACTIVE FIND WHAT YOU NEED" with the word "INTERACTIVE" in gray and the phrase "FIND WHAT YOU NEED" in fuchsia.
