The circle appears as a patchwork of geometric shapes, is comprised of various colors including black, brown, gray, yellow, red, and orange, and appears slightly broken on part of its right edge, and features a set of ascending number sets at the top in brownish shading. The numeral "4" of the number set "00054" is cropped by the right edge of the overall circle. A small quarter circle, interior to the overall circle, obscures the number sets "00055" and "00056" sits atop the first two zeroes of the number set "00056". A series of exactly four circles appear inside the overall circle in the bottom half of it, each of a different size and appearing with the largest of the four shaded in yellow and containing a spiral representation and obscured by a translucent rectangular shadow box of a dark gray shade, the second largest in light blue shading, the third largest in a slightly darker shade of yellow than the largest, and the smallest in size of a darker blue shade. The overall circle contains the numbers "1", "2", and "3". The number "1" is shown in the bottom left quadrant of the circle and is the same shade of blue as the second largest of the four interior circles, set against a yellow-orange background. The number "2" is shown in the upper left quadrant of the circle and is shaded in yellow, set against a dark gray background, positioned left of the small quarter circle that obscures the described number sets.
